The Chapter serves members with a variety of interests in California's native flora —
- Central to the chapter are the monthly meetings with speakers on topics of interest.
- There are regular instructive local plant walks, and there are field trips.
- We have an annual plant sale with a selection of over 100 plant species available.
- Members share information and experiences in native plant gardening.
- We take an interest in environmental issues in the immediate and neighboring area.
- We publish an informative newsletter four times each year.
- There are California-wide activities run from the CNPS state office in Sacramento.
We are just one of the 32 local chapters of CNPS spread throughout California.
